How this will work: next to the name of each medal, there will be a number (in brackets, like this). Medals do not directly give you rewards, but it is the only way to fully complete your region and unlock all of the items in Otto Do's shop, and you will unlock an exclusive item for purchase when you have collected all 50 Medals. However, if you have not yet completed your other tasks in the region, you can work on earning these medals while you work on your tasks and quests. There are 50 medals available to get in the region, so it can take some time to get all of these medals. I will briefly cover how to actually get each of these medals, and provide links to my guides that cover each particular medal in more detail if you would like more information on it.
